Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped by us from Sweden using PostNord.

We currently ship to Sweden, the EU, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Orders to the UK and US are placed through Fourthwall, which handles checkout and applicable VAT or sales tax. We still prepare and ship these orders ourselves.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery & Stock

We aim to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

If the game is temporarily out of stock, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided before purchase. Your order will be shipped once new stock arrives.

Taxes & Customs

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to import customs duties.

For orders to Norway and the UK, additional import charges or handling fees may apply, unless already covered at checkout.

For UK and US purchases, Fourthwall handles applicable VAT and sales tax at checkout.

For US deliveries, applicable import duties are handled in advance through PostNord's shipping process.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem!

For purchases made directly through our website, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please send the game back within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost if you simply change your mind.

Returns are subject to applicable consumer law, including possible deductions for reduced product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refunds

When exercising your right of withdrawal, we'll refund your payment, including the original standard shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned game or proof that you've sent it back.

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your game arrives damaged, contains missing components or gets lost during shipping, please contact us.

We'll help resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law, including covering necessary return shipping costs for valid claims.

Fourthwall Orders

Orders placed through Fourthwall are subject to Fourthwall's purchase and return terms .

UK customers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for eligible purchases. US customers are subject to Fourthwall's applicable return policy.

We handle the physical shipping and can assist with returns, while Fourthwall manages the purchase and refund process.
